Regenerative Therapy

Platelet Rich Plasma (PRP)
What is PRP:
Platelet-Rich Plasma uses your body’s own growth factors to promote healing of cartilage, ligaments, and joints. By concentrating platelets from a small blood draw, PRP delivers natural repair signals exactly where your body needs them most.

Why use ultrasound guidance:
PRP injections are most effective when placed precisely at the site of injury. Using ultrasound guidance, I can:
-
Pinpoint the exact location of the joint or ligament damage
-
Deliver PRP more safely and accurately
-
Improve comfort and optimize results
Benefits of PRP Joint Injections:
-
Supports healing of cartilage, tendons, and ligaments
-
Reduces pain and inflammation naturally
-
Minimally invasive — no surgery or long downtime
-
Promotes long-term joint health and mobility

What to Expect:
-
A simple blood draw is performed to collect platelets
-
PRP is prepared and concentrated in-office
-
Injection is administered under ultrasound guidance for accuracy
-
Resume normal activities with minimal downtime

Exosomes
Exosomes are cell derived vesicles that act as messengers, carrying proteins and material to other cells. They help cells communicate, promote healing, and support repair processes in the body. These can be given by themselves or in combination with stem cells. They work great when administered intravenously for systemic benefits as well as into troublesome joints to help facilitate healing.

Stem Cells
Allogeneic Stem Cells (Donor Cells)
Allogeneic stem cells come from healthy, carefully screened donors. These cells are processed in FDA-registered laboratories under rigorous quality, sterility, and ethical standards.
Donor-derived cells provide a safe, consistent, and readily available source of regenerative material that may help support healing, modulate inflammation, and promote repair throughout the body.
All donor tissue undergoes extensive testing and verification before use to ensure compliance with FDA regulations and patient safety.
Autologous Stem Cells (Your Own Cells)
Your body is your best source of regenerative potential.
Through a simple mini lipo-aspirate procedure performed in the clinic under local anesthetic, a small amount of adipose (fat) tissue is collected. This tissue contains your body’s own mesenchymal stem cells (MSCs) — naturally protected and highly viable.

Once collected, your tissue is securely transported to an FDA-registered tissue bank. There is no same-day reinjection; instead, your cells will be culture-expanded and cryopreserved at American Cell Technology for future therapeutic use.

A single small sample can yield approximately 30–40 potential future doses of your own autologous mesenchymal stem cells.

Already have cells stored with American Cell Technology (ACT)?
Then there’s no need for another mini lipo-aspirate. Contact Pierce Vitality and I’ll help coordinate your next step in treatment.
